I’m a trauma-informed therapist specializing in somatic psychotherapy. My practice weaves together evidence-based therapy with somatic, spiritual, and body-centered approaches to support the whole you—mind, body, and soul. I am a 200 hr certified trauma-informed yoga teacher and soundbowl practitioner.

Family Mindfulness

Family mindfulness can be a powerful way to learn calming techniques and practice co-regulation—the process where family members of all ages and stages help each other manage emotions, especially during stressful or intense moments. Co-regulation involves providing emotional support to one another and modeling calming strategies, which can be particularly helpful for children in learning to manage their own emotions.

Baby and Me

A “Baby and Me Mindfulness Group” is a wonderful way for mothers (or primary caregivers) and their children to come together and practice mindfulness. This type of group provides a safe, nurturing space where both moms and kids can learn how to manage emotions, reduce stress, and improve their connection through mindfulness activities.

Private Group Events

Yoga, Breathwork, and Soundbaths for private groups at your personal home or in the studio. These are curated gatherings for any type of occasion including bridal showers/bachelorette, birthday parties, or just to get together with friends and family in connection.
