Welcome — I’m so glad you’re here. I’ve created this space to support your healing through a nervous system–informed and trauma-responsive lens. My work brings together mind, body, and spirit so you can feel safe, grounded, and empowered as you move through your healing journey.

I offer trauma-informed psychotherapy, EMDR, inner child work, Mommy & Me mindfulness, yoga and meditation classes, holistic therapies, workshops, and community gatherings. I believe healing happens in relationship, and I’m committed to honoring every phase of your process with compassion and intention.
