Service Description
This nurturing, playful yoga class invites moms and daughters ages 5–12 to move, stretch, and breathe together in a space that encourages connection and joy. We’ll explore: Gentle yoga flows with fun and meaningful partner poses Calming breathwork and mindful movement Playful themes that evolve with age—like courage, kindness, gratitude, and self-love Opportunities for reflection, laughter, and deep connection Whether your daughter is full of giggles or growing into a thoughtful tween, this class creates a shared space for bonding and emotional nourishment. You’ll leave feeling more grounded, more connected, and more in tune—with each other and yourselves. Open to moms, grandmothers, aunties, or any female caregiver and their special girl. No experience needed. Just bring your mat, your breath, and your beautiful bond. If you need a mat, please let us know ahead of time and it will be provided!
